Shipping Information
• Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail (USA Only). At this time we don't ship to other countries.
• Other shipping options available at checkout (overnight, 2-day, etc.)
We try to ship out all orders within 24 hours of being received. Occasionally, it may take longer to ship your order. If it will take longer than 72 hours to ship your order, we will notify you via email and give you the opportunity to cancel your order at your request.
• You will receive a shipment notification email when your order ships. Please allow 7 days to receive your order from the day your order is placed.
• Unless otherwise selected by you at checkout, all orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are usually received within 2 days of being shipped for U.S. Domestic orders. We offer other shipping methods (overnight, 2-day, etc) at checkout for an additional charge.
• Cancellations of orders will not be accepted once the products have been dispatched and/or payment has been processed.
• NobleOTC.com is not responsible for any delivery that is lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the Purchaser. If products are returned after being delivered to an incorrect address, they will be resent and the cost of the redelivery will be charged to the Purchaser.
• Confirming and abiding by each country's importation requirements is the responsibility of the Purchaser. NobleOTC.com is therefore not liable for replacement or refund of products which are confiscated by customs or the payment of any taxes due on products purchased from our Site.
• If an incorrect order is sent or a delivery error is made because of a NobleOTC.com error, the order will be rectified immediately and will be sent at no additional cost to the Purchaser. The incorrect order must however be returned to NobleOTC.com or the cost of these products will also be charged to the Purchaser.
